Gunpowder Tactical will NOT take possession, store, nor negotiate prices on behalf of either buyer or seller. We will not make any guarantees as to the mechanical condition or soundness of any previously owned firearm. Our involvement in private sales include the listing and paperwork processing only. Terms and conditions of each sale remains the responsiblity of the buyer and seller. Listing firearms for sale on our site will incur a nominal fee which would be discussed and settled prior to listing.
